The Wellston
Tree Commission is made up of city residents who have an interest
in trees, the beautification of our city, and urban forestry
environmental issues. Each year, members of the Tree Commission
are involved in planting new trees, trimming and maintaining
existing trees that are on public property, and identifying
trees that are dead or dying and may require removal for safety
reasons. Members of the Tree Commission are actively involved
in Arbor Day activities, including educational presentations
at the Wellston City Schools and Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic
School.
The pictures

Members
of the Wellston Tree Commission are appointed by the Mayor.
